We don’t like complicated words. Good service and flexibility are what we stand for. If anything is unclear or you need help, we are available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Article 1 - Definitions
Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their commercial, business, craft, or professional activities.
Day: Calendar day;
Offer: Official OPPO products, including smartphones, accessories, cables, protective products.
Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Article 2 - Identity of the Entrepreneur

Article 3 - Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all offers from the entrepreneur to the consumer.
- The General Terms and Conditions are made available before the distance agreement is concluded.
- If the agreement is concluded electronically, it can, contrary to the previous paragraph, be presented in such a way that it can easily be stored by the consumer on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the agreement is concluded where the general terms and conditions can be accessed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge electronically or otherwise at the consumer's request.
- In the event that specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the second and third paragraphs apply correspondingly, and in case of conflicting conditions, the consumer may always rely on the provision that is most favorable to them.
Article 4 - The Offer
- We always try to have the offered products in stock.
- The offer always contains a sufficient and detailed description of the offered products. If the entrepreneur uses images, these are a truthful representation of the offered products, services, or digital content. Mistakes and errors are inevitable for entrepreneurs as well. Therefore, obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offered products, services, or digital content are not binding between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
- Each offer contains such information that makes it clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to the acceptance of the offer.
Article 5 - The Agreement
- The agreement is concluded subject to Article 4 at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the associated conditions.
- If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will also confirm the receipt of the acceptance electronically. The consumer may cancel the agreement until the entrepreneur confirms the receipt of this acceptance.
- When the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transmission of data and will ensure a safe web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate security measures.
- The entrepreneur may apply appropriate measures within legal frameworks to investigate whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations.
- Our contact details can be found on our website and in many customer communications. Additionally, all necessary information regarding returns can be found on our website.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
- Want to return a product because it’s not exactly what you were looking for? No problem! All products can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason. This applies to both new and refurbished products.
- The cooling-off period starts after you receive the product.
- When the product is used, there is no longer a right of withdrawal, but rather a use period. The product is no longer in "store condition," and therefore, there is a depreciation in value. This also applies to incomplete products. The amount refunded may be less than the purchase amount agreed upon between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
- If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, we advise you to first contact us for information. Also, keep the shipping receipt so that you can prove that you sent the product.
Article 7 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
- Products that, by their nature, are irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery.
Article 8 - The Price
In our shop, you’ll find competitive prices. These prices are stated including VAT. The prices of our products may change daily. We want to always offer good prices for the products on offer. Incorrectly communicated prices do not result in the continuation of the agreement or delivery of the relevant product at the incorrect price.
Article 9 - Conformity and Warranty
The product purchased from us is suitable for normal use. If something is wrong within the warranty period, please report the product to us. Contact us quickly via info@oppo-aed.nl.
Article 10 - Delivery and Execution
We will do our best to provide you with the best service. We aim to get the products you purchased to you within 3 business days. If you order before 4:00 PM on a business day, we aim to have it delivered the next day.
If your chosen product is no longer in stock after placing the order, you can cancel your order. In that case, the purchase amount and any paid shipping costs will be refunded. Incorrect delivery addresses are not our responsibility.
Article 11 - Payment
We will process your order once payment has been received. Your product will then be prepared for shipment and handed over to our delivery partner.
