We will refund the amount via the payment method you used for your order.
How long does it take?
As soon as we have received and checked your return, or processed your cancellation, we will initiate the refund. After that, it may take a few more days for the amount to appear in your account.
Still haven't received anything?
Is it taking longer than expected? Contact us with your order number, and we will check the status for you. With PayPal and Klarna the process takes longer as standard, this can take up to 2 weeks, unfortunately this is completely beyond our control and we cannot speed up this process even if we wanted to.
